Jeff made the whole process of buying my first 'big bike' a seamless and enjoyable experience. I part X'ed my Yamaha and purchased a wonderful Honda CB500X, which I absolutely love! I can't thank Jeff enough for his advice and expertise in my biking journey!

From the 1st phone call after seeing the bike ad, Jeff was absolutely lovely. Bike was completely as he described in the ad, nothing to complain about.He made sure we were all set up with tax etc before we left and even asked to let us know when we got home safe (we were a 2 hour drive away).Absolute pleasure doing business with Jeff. A true gentleman and would happily do business with him again if the opportunity were to arise

I purchased a used, low mileage (2014) BMW f800GS from Jeff Rowland at Platinum Motorcycles last week, 5th December. The bike is exactly as described, in mint condition and a pleasure to ride. Jeff is a joy to interact with, friendly and knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I went to look at a BMW K1200GT which Jeff had advertised. Even before I went to view it he had agreed a good price for my old BMW. With the sale agreed, he made sure the new bike was serviced and MOT'd and then he delivered it and picked up the old bike (even though for whatever reason it had decided to fire on only one cylinder). At all stages he was patient, polite and helpful. I cannot recommend Platinum Motorcycles highly enough.

First experiences dealing with this company was extremely positive. jeff took the time to talk on the phone during a family holiday in Cornwall. (his dogs made it clear that this was holiday time and not work time, by the telling off Jeff was receiving). great communication throughout. A couple of weeks later i met Jeff halfway between Cornwall and reading in Exeter services (during the worst weather a biker can ask for. Ice, snow and road closures) to pick up the bike. Very thorough and efficient with paperwork and making sure everything was legal. Great experience all round although I did promise Jeff a coffee which i still owe. Great bike and service. I promise to spam his insta with bike mischief in the future.

What an exceptional service Jeff provides at Platinum Motorcycles. I knew from the first conversation with Jeff that he was a very friendly, genuine down to earth person. The experience from initial telephone conversation to delivery of the bike was faultless. I cant praise Jeff enough for his friendly, personal service and it was great to meet him in person and deal with him with the purchase of the bike. You can tell with Jeff that customer care and service really means a lot to him and i can see why his reviews are so good. I would highly recommend Platinum Motorcycles to anyone who is considering purchasing a bike. Thanks again Jeff.

frst time out today on bike i bought from jeff last weekend. bike just as jeff descibed it. not a single thing needs sorting on it. and a really nice man to do buisness with. will defo recommend to others
