Really good sales experience from Jeff. Very helpful throughout which made the process easy and straight forward. He made himself available on a Sunday for collection (thank you Jeff). Bike was in EXCELLENT condition and accurately described. thumbs up :)

Jeff took time out of his Sunday to show me the bike when most companies are closed and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the machine I wanted. Communication was fantastic and the entire process felt seamless from start to finish with absolutely no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend anyone on the fence about using Platinum Motorcycles to give them a try.

I'm up in Scotland and have just taken delivery of a well preserved K1200GT and must say I have been very happy with the whole experience. From first contact until to delivery the service and assistance from Jeff has been exemplary! Now I'm looking forward to some care free touring :-)

Jeff made the whole process of buying my first 'big bike' a seamless and enjoyable experience. I part X'ed my Yamaha and purchased a wonderful Honda CB500X, which I absolutely love! I can't thank Jeff enough for his advice and expertise in my biking journey!

From the 1st phone call after seeing the bike ad, Jeff was absolutely lovely. Bike was completely as he described in the ad, nothing to complain about.He made sure we were all set up with tax etc before we left and even asked to let us know when we got home safe (we were a 2 hour drive away).Absolute pleasure doing business with Jeff. A true gentleman and would happily do business with him again if the opportunity were to arise

I purchased a used, low mileage (2014) BMW f800GS from Jeff Rowland at Platinum Motorcycles last week, 5th December. The bike is exactly as described, in mint condition and a pleasure to ride. Jeff is a joy to interact with, friendly and knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I went to look at a BMW K1200GT which Jeff had advertised. Even before I went to view it he had agreed a good price for my old BMW. With the sale agreed, he made sure the new bike was serviced and MOT'd and then he delivered it and picked up the old bike (even though for whatever reason it had decided to fire on only one cylinder). At all stages he was patient, polite and helpful. I cannot recommend Platinum Motorcycles highly enough.
