The photographs and the description were very comprehensive. We made an appointment to see the bike and when we arrived it was already out ready for us to view. Jeff was a really nice guy and easy to deal with. We arranged delivery and Jeff called on the day in advance at exactly the time he said he would, and he arrived with the bike spot on time. Nothing was too much trouble, subsequent to purchase, Jeff contacted the previous keeper and was able to get the second top box key sent.

The service I receive from Platinum Motorcycles was fantastic, I was looking for a Honda VFR for a long time. I rang Jeff to arrange s viewing and he gave me directions over to Odiham, he instantly put me at ease and told me all about the bike which I was only too pleased to purchase. As I was part exchanging my bike Jeff ensured I had a fair deal on this, he even arrange to deliver and pick up my bike free of charge. Jeff kept me informed all week how the inspection and servicing was carried out on schedule. The bike was delivered right on time, Jeff was very efficient in showing me all the controls and even helped with all the swap over documentation. I have now ridden the bike and am over the moon with it. I can not thank Jeff enough for a A1 service and would highly recommend Platinum Motorcycles to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle in the future.

In one word, faultless. In summary, I would absolutely recommend Platinum Motorcycles to anyone because everything is done properly, with attention to detail... From the initial web query, Jeff was quick to respond. We had a phone call on Monday morning in which we discussed everything in detail. I made an appointment to visit on Saturday. We had a 90 mile drive to Odiham and were delayed en route, but it was no issue for Jeff, even though we got there 90 minutes late. The bike was ready to view and looked great. After a test ride and a bit of a chat, we shook hands on the purchase. In the days that followed, the bike was serviced by a very experienced mechanic (Julian) and MOTd. On the road test, Julian noticed a slight leak from one of the fork seals; they were replaced at no additional cost prior to delivery. Jeff kept me updated right up to the day when he personally delivered two bikes ** ** On the day we visited Platinum Motorcycles, my wife saw a bike that she was interested in. We had a discussion about it but did not agree on anything at the time. Jeff handed it over to Julian who gave it a service and MOT, then Jeff sent us a video which led to us purchasing.
