Outstanding! from the initial enquiry about the bike to it being delivered, communication all the way! and what a genuine guy Jeff is! one of the friendliest people I have ever met! So I didn't view the bike in person, I literally went by the photos and video, and when jeff delivered it I was not disappointed! exactly as I'd seen it.
