First experiences dealing with this company was extremely positive. jeff took the time to talk on the phone during a family holiday in Cornwall. (his dogs made it clear that this was holiday time and not work time, by the telling off Jeff was receiving). great communication throughout. A couple of weeks later i met Jeff halfway between Cornwall and reading in Exeter services (during the worst weather a biker can ask for. Ice, snow and road closures) to pick up the bike. Very thorough and efficient with paperwork and making sure everything was legal. Great experience all round although I did promise Jeff a coffee which i still owe. Great bike and service. I promise to spam his insta with bike mischief in the future.

What an exceptional service Jeff provides at Platinum Motorcycles. I knew from the first conversation with Jeff that he was a very friendly, genuine down to earth person. The experience from initial telephone conversation to delivery of the bike was faultless. I cant praise Jeff enough for his friendly, personal service and it was great to meet him in person and deal with him with the purchase of the bike. You can tell with Jeff that customer care and service really means a lot to him and i can see why his reviews are so good. I would highly recommend Platinum Motorcycles to anyone who is considering purchasing a bike. Thanks again Jeff.

Geoff is an absolute gentleman and could not do enough to make the transaction as smooth and professional as possible. Communication first class bike as described and better in the flesh.Best experience for me by a long chalk. Highly recommend, and I will happily use Geoff / Platinum Motorcycles again.

I met Jeff 3 years ago when I purchased my BMW G310 GS from him. He was as true gentleman and so easy to deal with. I decided last week to sell the bike, mainly due to a house move and not really having the space any more. Jeff was the first person I called. He made the sale so simple. Arrived exactly when he said he would and we sorted all the admin, including payment while we were together. I hope to buy another bike in the future and when I do I will be straight back in touch with Jeff - thanks Jeff, you are an absolute star!

I bought my bike over the the phone from nearly 200 miles away unseen in person or had a test ride but as soon as i spoke to Jeff i feel everything was going to be okay and the experience was top drawer from start to finish. Jeff provided the best customer buying experience extremely honest and could not do enough to help he took care of every single detail and keep me informed all the way until the bike was delivered to my door.Jeff the world needs more beautiful people like YOU!!
